5. Appointment Booking & Payments

5.1 Booking Process

  • Appointments are confirmed only after payment.

  • A representative will contact you to finalize the booking and share payment instructions.

  • Payment options: FonePay QR code (displayed on the Website/WhatsApp) or hospital cash counter.

  • The estimated consultation time/queue number is shared post-payment. The consultation time provided during confirmation of the appointment is indicative and actual consultation time may vary.

5.2 Payment Requirements

  • After payment, upload/send the receipt via the Website/WhatsApp for verification.

  • If payment is not received, the appointment remains unconfirmed.

  • Duplicate/excess payments verified by Bharosa Hospital and the payment gateway will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation Window: Notify the hospital front desk at least 5 hours before the appointment.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Cancellation 2+ hours before appointment: Full refund.

    • Cancellation within 2 hours or no-show: No refund.

    • Refunds are processed within 15 business days.


6. Third-Party Services

6.1 Payment Gateway

  • FonePay is used for online payments. By using this service, you agree to their terms and conditions.

6.2 Outsourced Lab Tests

  • For outsourced tests, Bharosa Hospital shares:

    • Name, contact number, email, age/sex, and test details.

  • Test reports are issued on the third-party provider’s letterhead. Bharosa Hospital is not liable for accuracy/quality.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content (text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned by Bharosa Hospital and protected under intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 Data Collected

  • Name, address, contact number, age/sex, appointment details, and medical history.

8.2 Cookies

  • Cookies are used to track preferences and browsing behavior. By using the Website, you consent to cookie placement.

8.3 Confidentiality
