Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including network performance, security, and user access controls.
  • User Training & Evaluation: Conduct software training sessions for staff and evaluate their proficiency to ensure smooth adoption of hospital management software systems.
  • Data Management: Assist in routine data backups and implement basic security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Additional Support: Provide ad hoc IT assistance, including basic updates to digital platforms and troubleshooting for various departments.
Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or similar.
  • 0 – 1 year of industry experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
